We meet online to get to know you, your story and what you would like to celebrate in Spain.
You can share any ideas, questions or worries — we listen first.
2. Tailored proposal
After the call, we send you a clear proposal with options, first ideas for venues or formats,
and the next steps to move forward calmly.
3. Planning & design
We help you choose the right team of suppliers, create a visual concept and organise the practical side: timings, logistics, guest flow, little details.
4. Your days in Spain
When you arrive, there is already a team here who knows your event.
We coordinate the day so that you can simply enjoy being with your people.

We are based in Spain and often work in coastal and countryside locations that are perfect for intimate events:
fincas, private venues, small hotels and outdoor spaces.
If you already have a place in mind, we can help you adapt the celebration to that space.
If not, we can suggest options that match your style and budget.
